Erik ten Hag to United

 From Sir Alex to Ralf Rangnick, from the duo of Vidic and Rio to Maguire and Phil Jones Manchester United has come a long way. From playing 3 UCL finals in 4 years to playing in conference league, it means things are devastating at United. To cure that problems, Red Devils has appointed Erik ten Hag as their new boss.

Inspired from Johan Cruyff's philosophy and under the shadow of Pep at Bayern Munich B ten Hag has proved himself at Ajax. 

Now it is the time for him to showcase his talent at Old Trafford but change takes time so fans should be patient and give him proper time to build the team. With bringing tan Hag, there is a complete change of system at Old Trafford. Some sources are saying that, ten Hag also wants to take par in key decisions at the club.

First priority for ten Hag should be new signings and get rid of useless players who are not contributing. As he knows for giving chance to young talent so it is the best time for young kids at United to showcase their talent.  As of new signings, there are many young talented players which can fit in ten Hag plan like of Raphinha, Gravenberch, Gavi etc. Van de Beek  who was balon d or nominee under ten Hag is a United player and currently on loan at Everton and yet to discover his full potential at Old Trafford. There are also rumors of Frankie De Jong linked to United but it is too soon because Catalonia giants does not want to sell him. So, the next transfer window will be excited for united.

Erik ten Hag is known for possession style of play, hold the ball wingers staying wide and stretch the defenders and some forward runs by midfielders and fullbacks to combine with wingers, and press high while defending, and pivot dropping between the defenders to ensure the forward runs for fullbacks. Ten Hag always play rigidly in the sense that he almost covers all positions and never leave any position unattended, players can interchange positions but never leave any position unoccupied. Positioning is the key factor of ten hag's plan. 

Ten Hag needs to find players who can fit to his plan. So transfer window will be the key for next season. However, players like Sancho, Bruno, CR7 are still in the squad but united still need to find some good players to go for the title. 

As rumors are out, Pogba is not signing the new contract so united needs to find a new character in midfield who can run the game. United also need a new number 8 who can speed up or slow the game. Role of fullbacks will be crucial under Ten Hag so management need to take the decision. 

As season at Ajax is over and Ten Hag will arrived at Old Trafford soon. Next days are very excited for United fans.
